I have had an awful experience, and hoping that someone within your organization that actually is enabled to make a decision can help me. I have called in to your support line since late October, average call time is about 35 minutes with 20+ being on hold, simply asking for my reward dollars. I have been in an endless loop between Crate and Barrel and Imprint each service desk telling me to call the other for resolutions. Each time I call I am told that it will take approximately 45 days to have an answer for me, but no guarantees I will get the reward dollars. Incredibly frustrating and no one that I have talked to seems enabled to resolve this issue, just given a script to pass the onus to C&B.
