As Soham Girde, Technical Lead on our Evergreen team, approaches one year with Insight Global, he reflects on what this journey has meant to him: “This year has been more than a job for me. It’s been a year of growth, support, learning, and genuine human connection. What touched me most is the care I’ve felt every day, through small gestures, honest conversations, and teammates who are always willing to help without expecting anything in return.” Looking ahead, Soham shared what excites him most about year two: “I feel much more confident and settled now. My first year was all about learning and adapting. Now I’m looking forward to taking on new challenges, learning new technologies, and contributing more to the team, supporting others the way I was supported.
