#hiringalert at Odisha Job Description: Project Coordinator Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Description: ISRA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of our programs in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of navigating local administrative processes and building strong relationships with government and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities a) Program Implementation: Assist in the effective program implementation of ISRA's initiatives in the Bhubaneswar region. b) Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise local-level staff to ensure the smooth and successful execution of projects. c) Government Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between ISRA and local government officials (bureaucracy), ensuring seamless coordination and strong working relationships. d) Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with local officials and other stakeholders to facilitate program activities and overcome logistical challenges. e) Project Supervision: Oversee and manage project sites in Bhubaneswar, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and according to plan. Qualifications & Skills Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in program implementation. Residency: Must be a resident of Bhubaneswar. Language Proficiency: Must be well-versed in Odia, Hindi, and English (speaking, reading, and writing). Core Competencies: Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Compensation. The salary for this position will be a combination of a fixed component and a variable component based on performance.
