ICTPA-Southern California Chapter (ICTPA-SCC) hosted its 2024 December Luncheon event on December 12 at Caltrans District 7 Headquarter in Los Angeles, California. We would like to thank our keynote speaker Caltrans District 7 Director Ms. Gloria Roberts and her District 7 staff for their tremendous help to facilitate this event. Director Roberts’ informative presentation covered a wide varieties of challenges the District is facing and the corresponding plans.
