A very beautiful museum, starting outside in the (Olympic) gardens. Inside, on the top floor, you enter the world of Pierre de Coubertin and descend to the first floor via the Olympic torches, among other things. There, you'll find many Olympic artifacts that evoke fond memories. Paris 2024 is revived here! Unfortunately, the basement was under construction. This was where the "spirit" of the Olympic Games resided, with some wonderful displays. We would have loved to see that. At least another reason to return to this beautiful museum.

Thank you for sharing this update—the Paris 2024 archive is a reminder that legacy is as much about knowledge as it is about infrastructure. What excites me is the sustainability lens: digitized archives reduce the need for resource-heavy exhibitions while making Olympic history accessible worldwide. If the IOC leans further into virtual access, educational integration, and carbon-light cultural programming, Olympic heritage can become a driver of both inclusivity and environmental responsibility.
