The Invest Atlanta Board of Directors approved another $250,000 in Tax Allocation District (TAD) funding to support Atlanta’s small business community. The grant recipients include Subs & Salads Junction, Strikeout Wingz, Bottle Rocket, Big Daddy's Kitchen and Crates. Because of this funding, each business will be able to make critical interior and exterior improvements to enhance their business. “Small businesses are the backbone of Atlanta’s economy, and these grants are one way we can help them grow and remain sustainable,” said Mayor Andre Dickens, who also serves as Invest Atlanta Board Chair. “Every TAD investment we make is a direct investment in our city’s future, ensuring that we create economic engines that strengthen our neighborhoods and keep Atlanta a thriving hub of innovation and growth for the next generation of entrepreneurs."
