✨ Finally, it’s out. After months of work and dialogue, we are now launching the Leadership Lab for Systemic Transformation, together with our friends at Mobius Executive Leadership. Thank you Amy Elizabeth Fox and Mickael Drouard (and your crew) for making this possible. This program grew out of a clear need: many leaders do not fully bring the transformative power of inner development into their organisation while navigating complex, systemic challenges. We wanted to create a space that supports them — with depth, honesty, and world-class guidance. I’m deeply grateful for the contributors who will share their wisdom with us: • Erica Ariel Fox — Author of Winning From Within, helping leaders navigate inner conflict and act with greater clarity and courage. • David Whyte — Poet and philosopher, offering language and presence that open fresh perspectives on leadership and human complexity. • Nicholas Janni — Author of Leader as Healer, bringing whole-self leadership and a deep focus on awareness and embodiment. • Dr. Parneet Pal — Harvard & Columbia–trained physician-educator, integrating wellbeing, neuroscience, and leadership to support grounded, resilient cultures. Along with several senior Mobius teachers and practitioners.
