Javier Vega’s Post

Officially closing 2025 — a year of change — and welcoming 2026 with intention. This year has felt like a real-life story of #BeachesToBoardrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the choices that shaped it. From trekking across South America to rejoining the Eradigm leadership team, it’s been a return grounded in timing, perspective, and purpose. If I had to distil my 2025 learnings: -change comes quickly — don’t miss the moment -joy can’t live only in highlights; it has to be part of the everyday -bridges are worth keeping; you never know when paths will cross again -leadership is demanding — stepping back regularly helps keep track of the bigger picture One thing feels certain though: growth is hard, and comfort is its greatest enemy. So I’m choosing to make 2026 a year of intention — setting goals and direction and checking in consistently to follow through. For me, that means contributing more actively to the wider conversations shaping the Life Sciences ecosystem, resparking some form of academic learning to stretch how I think, and being more open about my experiences to support the next generation of leaders. For Eradigm Consulting, it means focusing on our tailored Competitive Intelligence offerings — because no one size fits all — co-creating with innovative tech partners to support our brilliant people deliver the highest quality, and continuing to challenge the status quo to elevate our work and make real impact for our clients. I’ll spend the next few days reflecting, celebrating, and recharging — ready to step into the year ahead 🥂 #Reflections #AnotherYear #Growth
