What a week it’s been! ✨ From welcoming both new and familiar families back to school 🏫, to starting the week with staff exploring our Kaizen Journey for the year—with making paper airplanes and a focus on continuous improvement 🔄—it’s been full of moments that truly matter ❤️. 💭 What if the smallest change you make today becomes the biggest impact of the year? One of the highlights? Holding the hands of our new 2- and 3-year-olds as they took their very first steps into school life 👣. These are the things that make the biggest difference. This is exactly why I came into teaching . As each year brings its own challenges , I need to hold on to this feeling and remind myself of it whenever the going gets tough 💪. Here’s to a year of growth , joy 😄, and purpose for all in education! 🌟
