This year I decided to try something new: post 3x per week on LinkedIn. This started when I realized I was doing a lousy job keeping up with my network. I had built an impressive network over 15 years but was so busy working that I neglected it. A few mentors suggested I should write on LinkedIn to rekindle relationships. I figured I had nothing to lose. The deal I made with myself: stick to 3x per week for 12 months, regardless of outcome. One year later, I must admit this has been far more valuable than I could have anticipated. I wouldn't go as far as to say I got LinkedIn famous by any means, but it led to many more offline conversations than I imagined. Met incredible new people and strengthened existing relationships. I’m still not sure where I'll take this, but I'll keep going for a while longer. If you've been thinking about posting more on LinkedIn, take the leap into 2026. It might change your life.
Been doing the same but 5 times and agreed the outreach both directions has been great. The in persons from it even better.
What’s one new thing that you tried in 2025?
