In 2020, faced with an unprecedented global pandemic and troubling societal issues, the team at Jeni’s was grappling with how to best be a force for good and make people feel loved during such painful and frightening times. One program developed as the result of our work in 2020 is our Jeni’s Leadership Intensive or JLI program (we call it “Jelly” for short). This annual program offers participating team members unique developmental and educational opportunities and recently concluded its 4th successful year. JLI is an intense week-long program that covers Public Speaking, Business/Finance, Brand Marketing, Customer Service, and Leadership & Management; more subtly but very meaningfully, it also covers believing in yourself, your voice, and in your power to make a positive difference in your own life, in the lives of others, and in the world. Congratulations to our JLI graduates from ‘22, ‘23, ‘24, and ‘25, and thank you to Jocy Upton, Jordan Mork, Megan Duffy, Danielle Keska and all who have helped design, plan, and facilitate this program on top of their day jobs. We’re grateful to have people on our team who can home-grow such a deeply impactful program and are proud of the participants who immerse themselves in the content, embrace the opportunity to broaden their perspectives, and serve their communities as an unstoppable force for good.
