I was joking recently that the best perk of being president of Larkin Hoffman is this key – the key to the Firm’s snack closet. Do I need a Coke Zero and snacks at odd hours of the day given my schedule? Yes, this is a bit out of necessity. But it’s also a symbol of how the people in this Firm take care of each other. When I asked office services about snacks, they forked over the key without hesitation. Being president has given me a new insight and appreciation for the professional staff who make all of this work. From finance to HR to marketing to office services that makes sure my blood sugar is at a constant (and sometimes a little high) state – they all make the work we do for our clients possible. And I could not be more grateful.
