They already made a show about this that ran for a few seasons. Turns out that those CEOs on that show were pretty clueless about the daily life of their employees.

1moCandidate experience is at all time low - I think if executives went through the process they would be shocked. The only way this will change is by creating awareness and then incentivizing employees to create a better experience.
