Turning 45 this year, experiencing thinning hair, and acquiring hearing aids, I find myself transitioning into the role of the older individual. Despite this shift, like many, I must continue to find ways of offering value. I firmly believe that one effective approach is acknowledging that I am not the future; it belongs to the upcoming generation, uniquely equipped for a rapidly evolving world.
