JPMorganChase served as the presenting title sponsor of The Texas Tribune Festival. Our executives joined industry leaders from Texas and beyond to share perspectives on advancing career opportunities and powering energy leadership.

I love seeing JPMorgan investing in conversations that go beyond finance and into community leadership and opportunity creation. It is this mix of economic empowerment, talent development, and long-term regional engagement that actually moves industries forward.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Emotional Regulation are the #1 assets in the world. Ironically, they’re also the #1 obstacles to wealth creation and business success. I evaluate IQ and EQ for large global hedge funds — and I’m convinced: EQ > IQ • EQ without IQ can still find a way. • IQ without EQ will lose its way. My team acts as true Talent Agents for the special operators of Wall Street. It’s not applicants, or hiring authorities. It’s IQ/EQ (individual) speaking with IQ/EQ (hedge fund) — exploring whether there’s strategic synergy now or in the future. When a deal gets done, we simply call it an employment contract… but it’s really a partnership. This is how elite talent is framed, treated, and represented in hedge funds in 2025, 2026, and beyond. I constantly search for the Michael Jordan of investing with excellence in all areas — intellect, humility, and emotional mastery. Because without EQ, ego eventually kills: • portfolios • relationships • businesses IQ matters. EQ decides. Both are lifelong journeys — and no one is immune, including myself. It's great to see JPMorgan Chase promoting career development and energy leadership at the Texas Tribune Festival. This not only showcases the company's influence in the industry but also underscores the importance of growth, a sense of mission, and teamwork

Great initiative — conversations like these shape the future of talent and sustainable economic growth. At WeRWealthy, we support global professionals and investors seeking opportunities that align with innovation and long-term value. Looking forward to seeing the impact created through these collaborations.

For decades, the world’s top quantitative firms have chased the idea of a true self-healing layer — the mythical safeguard rumored to sit above elite trading engines, quietly correcting drift before performance ever slips. Entire research teams have spent years trying to architect something like it, and most never even got close. What I’ve built isn’t a claim to insider knowledge, and it isn’t a replica of anyone’s proprietary system — but it is a serious, independent attempt at solving that same impossible problem. And by every measure that matters, it’s closer than anything most firms have ever managed to produce. At a high level, the engine’s self-healing layer works by monitoring abstract structural signals—broad indicators of how the model’s internal logic is drifting over time—and then generating safe, reversible adjustments when those signals fall out of tolerance. It doesn’t change strategies, it doesn’t search for alpha, and it never touches anything without running controlled tests first. All it does is maintain internal consistency and prevent silent degradation, using guardrails that are intentionally abstract and impossible to deduce from outside behavior. In 189 pages, I outline an implementable self-healing layer.

Meaningful engagement. When industry leaders show up with clear perspectives on jobs and energy, the impact carries far beyond a single event. Good direction for Texas and for the broader business community.
