I never set out to be a Human Resources professional. It was the faith and encouragement of a few mentors, close friends n family, and a leap of courage that led me to pivot from Operations to HR midway through my career. I even had a backup plan... just in case it didn’t work out.... I still remember the day and what followed. So glad I took the chance. I am honored to be recognized as one of the Top HR Influencers by the World HRD Congress. To be named alongside such inspiring professionals who shape the future of our community with purpose and passion is humbling. This recognition is a reminder of why we do what we do as a professional community: to make a difference. Whether it’s in HR or any other function, what truly matters is the impact and value we create together, for the people we serve, for stakeholders and customers and the communities we are part of.
