Building healthier communities starts with showing up and standing alongside organizations driving meaningful change. We’re proud to spotlight Kirk Dobbins, Vice President and Regional Counsel for Kaiser Permanente Northwest, for completing six years of board service with Transition Projects — a nonprofit that has provided lifesaving and life-changing services to people experiencing houselessness in Portland for more than 55 years. Kirk joined the board in September 2019 and concluded his service as Board Chair this September. His commitment was rooted in a deep personal dedication to helping unsheltered individuals find stability and hope. After relocating from the Bay Area, Kirk witnessed firsthand the growing need for solutions and chose to be part of the change. Thank you, Kirk, for your leadership and compassion in helping build stronger, healthier communities.
It was a pleasure working with Kirk Dobbins on the board.
We are so grateful to have Kirk on our board!
Thanks Alan. It was a pleasure to work with you and all the Transition Projects Board Directors! Together we made a difference. I look forward to seeing what the Board does next for Transition Projects and its participants.
