Happy December 1st! There’s something powerful about the first day of the last month of the year landing on a Monday — clean slate, fresh momentum, new energy. At KCG, we LOVE this kind of alignment. I woke up today feeling like December is going to be the cherry on top of an already incredible year — and if we play it right, it can become the crown jewel that sets the tone for 2026. Here are a few things I’m doing to make sure this month accelerates: 1. Quick Habit Check — what worked this year? what didn’t? what needs adjusting now? December is for scoring, not shelving. 2. End-of-Year Inventory — what truly needs to get done vs. what gets scrapped. 3. Lock In — this is a time to grind and finish strong, not ease off the wheel.
