Oh, hey, Matt, what are you doing? Ohh. Just looking at my new cards from the new Bowman Chrome release. Now it Liz. Beautiful. Can I ask you a couple of questions? Of course. Alright, can you tell us a little bit about yourself? Yeah, my name is Matt Ridella. I was an intern in 2023 and now we're in an experiential marketing here. Liz, what was one of your favorite things about being an intern? It's tough to narrow it all down. I think my favorite piece was the group project presentation. It's not every day that you get to present in front of all the highest ranking members that lives and give you great feedback about your creative ideas. Absolutely. And what's something that you love about Lids? Something I love about Lids, the sports driven culture. Growing up, I was a Lids customer. I was always in there looking for the next jersey. Grew up playing sports my whole life. So they still have use my sports knowledge. In my job is a pretty cool experience. Absolutely. And what's one piece of advice that you give to incoming interns? My one piece of advice would be to find your point of differentiation between your coworkers. So for instance, for me, I love cards and I'm really into sports, and sometimes I can use that to my advantage to help out where I can. So whatever it is, you always will have something that you're strong at. How do you use that to benefit the company? Thanks, Fat. Yeah.
