Liverpool City Council’s Post

Members of the 2168 Children’s Parliament meet the Premier at NSW Parliament House! The students were warmly welcomed by the Premier of NSW, Chris Minns MP and Member for Liverpool, Charishma Kaliyanda MP, giving our young leaders a chance to share their voices in the very place where decisions that shape our state are made. In total, 48 students, accompanied by their teachers and Council staff, proudly represented our community within NSW Parliament House, the very place where decisions shaping our state are made. Amazing.. having witness the potential of these students, there could be a future Councillor, Parliament member or Prime Minister.
