Last night I got to share our story in front of 400 founders, engineers, and operators at Llama Lounge, an official TechCrunch Disrupt side event. We were one of ten startups selected to demo, alongside an incredible lineup of builders pushing AI forward in every direction. I spoke about why we left France to start 14.ai, the nuances of AI in customer support, and how we think about the future of customer experience. It’s easy to get caught up in the noise around AI, but events like this remind you how many people are genuinely trying to build something better.
