Scammed by Lowe’s store 2356 in Lloyd ,NY. I received a sealed envelope with the golden ticket went to redeem it in the store. Manager told me the barcode portion was put in another bucket, and there was nothing they can do for me. Terrible business all the way around poor customer service. They offered me 20% off, which is what they gave everybody. Lowe’s has lost a pro customer now. I will be moving all my business to Home Depot. No resolution and poor Customer Service by management.
