Je travaille depuis plusieurs semaines et vous ne me payez pas. J’ai rempli toutes les exigences de paiements mais rien. Aucun de vos numéros ne passent. Vous nous imposez de vous contacter par message texte, que vous ne répondez jamais. Vous envoyez un semblant de mail comme ci vous vous souciez de nos préoccupations et après quand on explique le problème vous avez disparu. Remettez moi mon argent et j’arrête de faire vos courses.

I was always that driver who returns customers belong , respectfully and greet my customers the best.. after 28k rides with Lyft and five star rating they had deactivated my account leaving me without a carrier after ten years of hard working I have nothing right now.
My friend left her phone in a Lyft on Halloween last week, and the driver has refused to return it. She contacted customer service and was told that nothing could be done. So your driver essentially STOLE her phone - the opposite of going the "extra mile" and providing any kind of customer service.
