Made With Empathy’s Post

One of the greatest gifts of my work has been witnessing what happens when leaders are willing to explore with empathy. Not just empathy for others — but for themselves. It’s often in that space of pause and presence that something surprising happens: They begin to re-evaluate long-held subconscious beliefs. Not the loud ones. But the ones that sit beneath the surface — quietly shaping decisions, leadership, and identity. This summer, I stood inside a Greek Orthodox church on the island of Naxos — light filtering through painted icons, incense in the air — and I felt the most incredible peace come over me. Raised Protestant, I’d always carried a certain image of what faith “should” look like. But after my divorce, I found myself questioning those definitions — especially the ones that seemed to single people out during life’s hardest transitions. That moment in Greece was a reminder: Spiritual connection, like leadership, doesn’t have to follow the path you were handed. There are other ways to know what’s true. Other ways to feel whole again. Other ways to lead — with empathy, clarity, and trust. That’s why I created IGNITE Your Impact. To help purpose-driven professionals reevaluate what they really want to carry forward — and reconnect to a path that feels both profitable and personal. Even when you’re in the in-between. The doors close tomorrow for this initial launch — and I’m including special bonuses for those who come in during this founding round. If you’re in a moment of reimagining your path, this is for you.
