Lets be honest. The only impressive stat that is really in the hands of Salesforce is the 100% uptime. People will buy goods regardless of the platform and even less because of an AI.

How much of this was actually Agentforce versus products that have been rebranded as that? Were only agent-based transactions or all (agent and non-agent) transactions counted? It’s unclear in the infographic.

Amazing to see the scale and impact during Cyber Week. The blend of uptime, messaging volume, and AI-driven influence shows how agentic systems shape real outcomes.

Here is a company that spent years protecting its identity finally accepting that the market doesn’t care about what you built yesterday. It cares about the problems you solve today. Don't worry about Ai AI replacing you. Worry about holding on to the model that worked in the past while your customers quietly move on.

Impressive numbers but it raises a bigger question: if AI is now influencing 20% of all orders, are brands actually building stronger customer relationships… or just outsourcing them to algorithms? Cyber Week wins are great, but long-term loyalty can’t be automated.
