Stay safe during your job search! We want to remind jobseekers that fraudulent job offers can sometimes circulate under the Maximus name. These scams often use our logos and impersonate executives in an attempt to gather personal or financial information. Here’s how you can protect yourself: ✅ Check the email address – Authentic Maximus emails will always come from a @maximus.com domain. ✅ Verify official communication – We conduct recruitment through our secure platform, Avature (maximus.avature.com). ✅ Be cautious with sensitive information – We will never ask for financial details or payments via email or text. ✅ Use LinkedIn to confirm sender details – Check that the sender has Maximus listed as their verified workplace. When in doubt, reach out; we’re here to help! #Hiring #Careers

Hello, I’m being asked via email to fill out my financial information and application through DocuSign (the recruiter initiated contact with me on LinkedIn). I’m feeling concerned because you’ve said that Maximus.Avature.com is used for this rather than Docusign. Nothing in his email talks about Maximus.avature.com and they’ve sent me a second DocuSign wanting my financial information. His email is FirstnameLastname@maximus.com, but why is he not using Maximus.avature.com? Please advise. Thank you for your help. Warmest regards, Margaret

Michelle Link Chief HR Officer at Maximus send me email twice trying to connect with me about a position as CAD CAM dental manager... I looked up your company profile and realized that it's a scam.
