This role will partner across HR and leadership teams worldwide to drive systemic change and ensure every team member feels a true sense of belonging. ✅ 7–10+ years of senior HR, organizational design, or effectiveness leadership across multi-country/global contexts. ✅ Proven expertise in organizational design methodologies, systems thinking, and managing complex restructures. ✅ Strong track record of developing scalable, inclusive HR policies and people infrastructure in large, diverse organizations. ✅ Skilled at leading through complexity, influencing diverse stakeholders, and enabling sustainable change. 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Globally, where Mercy Corps has a registered office. This is a full-time position.
