I'm Abhijit Mitra, CEO of Outreach, and I want to show you how Outreach can dramatically improve the sales productivity of your organization. Outreach is an AI revenue workflow platform. Our AI agents work on behalf of your reps across all teams. I'll highlight three different agents today, the research agent, the revenue agent, and the deal agent, and show you how they work with each other. Research agents As the name implies, researchers here accounts following Jenni prompts. They can look across your calls, meetings and emails. They can also look at latest information available on the Internet. All of this research goes to populate the account plan. This is where data from the research agent, third party signals, customer interactions, CRM, your first party data, as well as manually updated insights from your teams come together to give your reps a complete overview of what's happening in their accounts and helps them strategize on sales place. Revenue agents executes those sales place, they follow up on the outcome of the research. Agents grafting very personalized messages on behalf of your reps and executing these displays. These plays can be outbound prospecting, inbound MQL, follow-up retention plays, and many more use cases. Your reps can now have hundreds of agents who are working on their behalf, either in fully autonomous mode or directly under their supervision. So while the AI agents do all the grunt work. Identifying prospects that match your ICP, researching them, listening to market signals, and reaching out with very personalized messaging. When the time is right. Your reps are focusing on what they do best, meeting customers and selling. During the meeting our conversation I guides them in real time and after the meeting the Dean agent helps to update the opportunities with the right follow-ups and action items. This includes updating Medpac attributes based on the outcome of the meetings. Because the AI is doing most of the grant work, your reps now have a lot more time to plan their strategy and build relationships with your customers. The AI also predicts the forecast because it has access to detailed execution insights, and this is used as a guidance by your teams to forecast more accurately. This is how outreach is.
