My BRM dashboard got restricted on 31st Oct 2025, same with my personal and 3 business accounts. Today is 5th Dec 2025 my accounts are still locked. From my BRM dashboard I saw investigation, from my experience in fintech and moniepoint in particular, I don't want to believe moniepoint doesn't have the capacity to conclude any investigation within 1 week. Bellow are my account details. Name : Enyinnaya Samuel Chigbundu My business account numbers locked: 8274332664 8280996001 8285425854 My Personal account number that is also locked: 5526274464 From my experience as a state coordinator with 9rapoint and Fairmoney before I resigned I had never seen anything like this. I have also enquired from my colleagues here, non has experience or heard this kind. To be frank I am ashamed that after 6yrs of working with Moniepoint under thick, rain and sun I will just be cutted off from my sweat under the umbrella "investigation" without any conviction and accounts are still locked for 30 good days, still counting. Moniepoint has finally convinced me that someone using all its mind to work only for it is not good. My BRM dashboard wasn't enough, power pushed to my business and personal accounts. Please at Moniepoint I have family im feeding, I have employees im paying, I have house rent, office rent to pay, please unrestrict my business and personal accounts.
