Today is a great opportunity for you all to network with two great companies. Even when you start building your career, have idea of the value that you bring to that position. Football taught me how important being consistent is women in this game, we've made a lot of strides. The NFL is a leader in this aspect. Partnership with the NFL MIAC, running the game of girls flag football, trying to get HB CU's involved in the game. I think that's that's taking the next step and I think that will be the next step as you will see more HBC U's with girl flag football team. We don't just play for today, we play for the future. In the future of Flag, it's all of us. For all of you guys, have something that you're grateful for that helped you get to this moment right here where you can learn and be around something like this. Today we're here getting to experience an NFL football game. It's just getting to really just see the behind the scenes of what all comes together to create a good game. So our job all game day is to make sure we maintain integrity of the game. We work on the other side of this, all of us where we were trying to figure out what's next and what we want to do. My biggest take away to you is to journal your thoughts. Journal. Your dreams, and if you do that, you'll find your success. This happened to the mental mindset of blocking out noise. I'm Hannah Kirby here in New Orleans kicking off the Super Bowl week. So it's twenty of us from all over the country. We had the experience to help see the behind the scenes operation of Super Bowl 49 and on top of that we had a chance to get to know each other. This week was one of the most life changing things in terms of sports and entertainment. We have the opportunity to mix and mingle with partners of the NFL, former players, current players. It's just amazing to see side HBC's are recognized ISIS level. Especially at HB CU Day, we learned so much and got a lot of insight on why the NFL supports HB CU. We can be in those spaces and we can be in these rooms.
