Spirit Day is about choosing kindness. Jordan, what does kindness mean to you? It takes nothing to compliment somebody or even checking in on someone. Like, that's being kind. Kindness is really about including everybody and making things accessible for everyone. Kindness is contagious. Yeah. I mean, same on our team. Like, whether you make the player you don't want, guys are picking you up, giving you encouragement, giving you that kindness. It's electric. It takes no effort to be kind. Literally one small action can change someone's whole day. I'm training for a marathon right now. I was running on the beach, and I just saw. And my friends with signs at like 7:30 AM and like I literally could tear up right now thinking about it. It's so nice that people, like, care about you. A true ally really accepts everyone for who they are. My best friend, she came out to me and she told me that she was gay and I was just like period. Like I don't see you any differently for loving who you want to love. Yes, I accept you like wholeheartedly choosing to come out and be who I am and just my authentic self and truth. That was a scary moment. And the amount of teammates that reached out to me, the amount of coaches, that little just hey, I love you. I'm proud of you. Appreciate you with something that made that moment one of the top moments in my life. Kindness sounds like love, support, friendship. Kindness sounds like team. Yeah, take the spirit day pledge.
