Executive Application Lab – Making Career Transitions Smarter We launched our Executive Application Lab, a half-day workshop for senior managers and C-level professionals navigating career transitions. Goal: Practical guidance, networking, and fresh strategies for the next step. Our first session brought together 11 executives from diverse industries. Topics included: - Strong CVs & tailored cover letters - 90-second elevator pitch - PAR/STAR method for success stories - LinkedIn & Xing optimisation - Activating networks & working with headhunters - Job agents, target lists & AI tools Feedback was overwhelmingly positive; participants left with clear strategies and renewed confidence.
