Nitika Rosa’s Post

Last night, I had the pleasure of attending a dinner hosted by Ezra and the conversation was led by Melanie Steinbach and a good friend Jay Moore. Over a truly incredible meal, our conversation centered on a topic that resonates deeply with me: shaping talent through culture and capability. We explored three thought-provoking questions: # How can we help individual contributors grow into confident leaders who drive meaningful changes beyond their roles? # How can we develop managers to build trust through empathetic leadership while also driving strong, sustainable results? # How can leaders embed high-performance values into the business and power performance at scale? Our discussion underscored the importance of nurturing a culture where people feel empowered to take initiative, experiment, and learn. By investing in capability-building and fostering an environment that values growth, feedback, and collaboration, organizations can inspire individuals to step up as leaders—regardless of their title. My biggest takeaways: We need to keep working on building trust, creating psychologically safe environments, and leading with authenticity and vulnerability. It’s these foundations that allow people and teams not only to perform, but to thrive. I left the evening inspired by the collective wisdom at the table and motivated to keep championing efforts that help people unlock their potential. How are you shaping talent in your organization? What approaches have worked for you to help people become confident leaders? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Jay Moore

Such rich reflections. In our work, we’ve seen that leaders grow fastest when they can practice - not just learn - skills like empathy, dialogue, and trust-building. That’s why we use interactive theater and our idea+ platform to give managers a safe space to rehearse real conversations and experiment with new behaviors. When capability-building feels real and experiential, confidence follows. Thanks for sparking such an important dialogue.

Love it! The truth is: leadership isn’t a role. It’s a capability. And capability only grows when people feel safe enough to try, fail, experiment, and rise again. That’s why I love what I do! As a Business Performance Advisor, I get the privilege of helping companies create the conditions where people thrive, not just perform. Here’s how Insperity supports the leadership journey at every level: For individual contributors: • Career-pathing that gives clarity and direction • Skill-building programs to grow influence, confidence & communication • Coaching resources that help unlock hidden potential For managers: • Leadership training grounded in empathy & accountability • Tools to navigate tough conversations, feedback, and team motivation • HR experts who guide them through complex people challenges For senior leaders: • HR strategy aligned with business goals • Scalable performance systems • Engagement insights that help build trust from the top down • A framework that reinforces culture, consistency, and psychological safety My biggest takeaway? When people feel safe, supported, and seen—they don’t just do their jobs. They grow. They innovate. They lead. Healthy leadership is the engine behind healthy businesses.

💡 Nitika Rosa It's a greatday! Your #biggestTakeaway : We need to keep working on building trust, creating psychologically safe environments, and leading with authenticity and vulnerability stood out 🙌
