NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure’s Post

The world’s largest land transformation project at BlueScope Port Kembla is one step closer. A draft planning proposal is now live, setting a clear vision for 200 hectares of underused land to be rezoned into a high-tech precinct. The proposal is expected to support up to 30,000 jobs in growing areas such as advanced manufacturing, education, and technology-based industries. Stakeholders and community are invited to share their thoughts on the proposal including BlueScope’s draft masterplan.
