In this role, Gaby will lead strategic business development efforts across new and existing markets, aligning project pursuits with OHLA USA’s core expertise and long-term growth objectives. Gaby will work closely with leadership to strengthen pursuit strategies, foster new and existing client and partner relationships, and oversee the full proposal development process. Gaby brings nearly 40 years of heavy civil construction experience, having held leadership roles on major bridge, tunnel, and highway projects nationwide.
