I had submitted my OnePlus 8 Pro device at your Noida service center for repair. When I went to collect it, the senior engineer, Mr. Ashish, refused to hand over my device and even called me a thief.After that incident, I contacted OnePlus Customer Care and registered a complaint. Initially, I was informed that the device would only be handed over to the person in whose name it was submitted. However, after 25 days of continuous follow-up, I was suddenly told that the investigation was completed and that my device had already been handed over to me on the same day.When I requested proof of this handover, I was told that no proof would be provided. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with Proof of the alleged handover (signature, ID, or CCTV footage). Immediate action against the responsible staff at the Noida service center. Return of my OnePlus 8 Pro device at the earliest.
