According to recent UNAIDS data (2024), the barriers are clear and quantifiable: - 37% of people living with HIV (PLHIV) experience internalized stigma. - 47% of respondents across 42 countries express negative views toward PLHIV. - 13% of PLHIV experienced discrimination when accessing HIV services last year.
