PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc., the Department of Education (DepEd), and Central Visayan Institute Foundation (CVIF) sign a memorandum of understanding for the nationwide implementation of the Dynamic Learning Program. DLP is a teaching methodology designed to keep learning going even during times of crisis. Central to the program are its handwritten learning activity sheets, which help students break down complex concepts into bite-sized lessons. For more than a decade, PLDT and Smart have been helping expand the program's reach.
