As we head into Christmas and end-of-year time off, I’ve been reflecting on why I’m grateful. - Grateful for the people. Success doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when the right group comes together, aligned around a shared purpose, and commits to making it happen, together! - Grateful for our partners. Success also takes a community. The partners who lean in, challenge us, support us, and grow alongside us play a critical role in what we’re building. Progress like this never happens alone. - Grateful for the work. Building poppi, integrating into PepsiCo, and driving the business day in and day has been challenging, but rewarding. This year tested us: requiring adaptability, focus, and resolve. Meaningful milestones were achieved because people showed up and did the work the right way. - And grateful for the pause. The holidays give us permission to step back, reconnect with loved ones, reflect with gratitude, and release the pace and pressure that come with growth and change. These resets are essential, as they allow us to show up clearer, stronger, and better in the year ahead. As we head into 2026, we do so as one team with PepsiCo: combining speed, creativity, heart, and scale. Until then: unplug, rest, and be present.
