Last week, we came together to recognize the many people and organizations who make the P&G Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program possible. The evening featured a powerful conversation with global NGO leaders Christine Squires of Americares, Michelle Nunn of CARE, and Edgar A Sandoval Sr. of World Vision USA. They shared stories of healthier families, more children in school, and stronger communities, bringing to life the impact of the P&G CSDW Program. Since 2004, the P&G CSDW Program has transformed lives through access to clean water. This year, the program reached a remarkable milestone: 25 billion liters of clean water delivered, made possible by the tireless dedication of 150+ partners, local leaders, and P&G employees. The inspirational event was a reminder that progress is built on partnership. Together with our partners, we’ll continue supporting communities in need through the #PowerOfCleanWater. When brands treat clean water as a long-term commitment rather than a campaign moment, they create impact that compounds across generations. Delivering 25 billion liters isn’t just a milestone it’s proof of what disciplined partnership, operational scale, and community-centered strategy can accomplish. Sustained access to clean water transforms health outcomes, strengthens local economies, and keeps children in school. This is what it looks like when a global company aligns purpose with measurable results and delivers change at population scale.

A truly inspiring example of leadership and partnership in action. P&G’s commitment to social impact is profound. In the energy sector, we must mirror this dedication to integrity by focusing on Structural Integrity in our operations. Just as partnership is key to clean water progress, securing our US CAPEX ROI hinges on the structural alignment of field and office. True leadership, whether social or structural, demands the Decision Velocity that closes the Governance Gap. The US Office mandate must be clear: structure drives sustainable impact."
