InterTalent hires senior agents Sarah Walsh and Millie Lean

InterTalent bolsters team with senior agents’ pair   Sarah Walsh and Millie Lean have worked with the likes of the Gladiators and social media phenomenon Francis Bourgeois   InterTalent has taken on a pair of senior agents to strengthen its ambition to be an industry representation leader across entertainment, digital publishing, live events, and brand partnerships.   Sarah Walsh and Millie Lean have joined the London-based agency with a pedigree in TV and media industry representation.   Walsh most recently working at Dan Baldwin’s Hungry Bear Media talent arm HB Talent, where she managed the stars of the Gladiators reboot. Prior to this, she has worked in talent representation at Crown Talent and Mirador, representing the likes of Brian Conley, Cherry Healey, and Danny Beard.   Meanwhile, Lean was previously a senior talent manager at YMU and is best-known for discovering and developing viral star Francis Bourgeois, securing high-profile brand deals with Gucci, Dior, and Lego, as well as a publishing deal for The Trainspotter’s Notebook. Her publishing acumen has also seen her secure book deals for stars such as Tom Daley and Stephen Mulhern. Lean was also named a Broadcast Hot Shot in 2024.   At InterTalent they are tasked with building a vibrant, inclusive client roster and ambition to elevate distinctive talent across the industry.   The full-service management and rights agency represents UK stars including Amber Gill, Christine McGuinness, Dame Joan Collins, Francis Bourgeois, Maura Higgins, Omid Djalili, Ross Kemp, and Susanna Reid.   “Sarah and Millie bring exactly the kind of vision, creativity, and integrity that defines InterTalent” said InterTalent managing director Alex Segal. “Their arrival enhances our ability to support clients across traditional and emerging platforms, and we’re delighted to welcome them at this pivotal time.”   The pair join following the recent launch of InterTalent’s Project 30 Ventures, an investment arm dedicated to nurturing creative founders and IP and the creation of a live and corporate events division.
