Really impressed to see PwC continuing to lead on disability inclusion. I’ve had the privilege of working with PwC in Europe and saw first-hand how seriously they take inclusion, accessibility and culture – it’s not just branding, it shows up in how people are supported day to day. As a parent of a child with a non-visible disability, the focus on practical adjustments, allyship and giving people the confidence to share their needs really resonates. When big firms normalise this, it gives the rest of the business community fewer excuses and a clear example to follow.

Thank you, @PwC, for emphasizing the actionable impact professionals can make. True inclusion is driven by everyday choices, not just one-day recognition. Appreciate the focus on practical ways we can all champion accessibility and equity.

5 years of advising teams taught me this pattern. Inclusion rises fastest when adjustments are treated as standard practice instead of special requests because confidence grows when support is predictable. That’s what turns intent into culture. Which everyday habit moves the needle most in your view?
