At Pyramid Systems, we believe that innovation in public service starts with investing in the next generation. For years, our internship program has provided hands-on, mission-driven experiences to students passionate about technology and creating real impact. This summer, we welcomed Rebecca(ChiuFang) Chen, a graduate student at MIT, as an AI Product Management Intern. Rebecca made meaningful contributions from day one—leading an AI ideation workshop, helping build a conversational SharePoint Assistant prototype, and supporting business development efforts. She also earned her AWS AI Practitioner certification while working closely with our Nexus and Analytics teams.
