So far, roughly 10% of companies have reduced their, uh, emissions in line of their, 2030 targets. And to go further, action on Scope three is absolutely critical. So how to decarbonize concretely on Scope three, how to identify opportunities to cut costs, uh, to make a business case out of a decarbonization action plan. I assume most of you are in companies that have either already, uh, set targets. or have a trajectory or have at least a, a climate action plan. Uh, so you may have seen that on Scope one and two, it's quite easy to understand what type of actions to prioritize, how much it costs, how much it will bring. So for Scope three, uh, it's basically the same logic. What, what needs to be done is, um, ensure that we prioritize actions that will deliver results in the short term, and that have, uh, also, um, clear, uh, that we have a clear vision on how much it cost, how much it brings, basically, an ROI. So what does it mean in practice? Identifying, uh, high impact suppliers, collaborating with them to reduce cost of implementation, which means not only to identify the, the typical, uh, key actions they should put in place, but also what are the financial implications of it. Uh, and particularly identifying short-term procurement levels to be able to unlock capital for investment in decarbonize, decarbonization levels.
