REI I love that you continue to stand behind this. I don't have a photo, but on Black Friday 3 of our boys and I were outside and I decided to drove up to your front door at your store in Midtown (Tampa, FL). We saw your sign. I wanted to use it as a great teaching moment for my boys to continue to honor our holiday traditions of family time and when they are ready to enter the workforce look for companies that value employees over a dollar.

This year the Marlton store did #OptOutside at to help clean up the Rail Park in Philadelphia. This is also of our grant partners, we are supporting thr expansion of the park to go from one mile to three in the upcoming years!

This is a great employee perk, and it gives folks the opportunity to buy from a local small business this holiday season. I bought ice fishing lures for my guy at a local outfitter today.

I'm 100% in alignment with giving your employees Black Friday off.
