The biggest challenge, or rather I'm gonna say the biggest benefit is developing really good professional working relationships with their new contractors. And the contractors can really support that. And that's by thinking about how are we going to to write in the early days of the project agreeing what are the goals of this project? What does your client really want to achieve? It's also talking about our communication. So how are documents going to be shared? It sounds simple, but that little piece can make such a difference. And if that's agreed. On the outside. So if you're a contractor and you're out with the resident and the resident is just beaming about their low carbon heating, saying it's brilliant, it's saving me money, or it's really helping me keep my house warm, how are you gonna feed that back to the client to make sure that they can then share that information with other residents as well? So it's really thinking about the communication because that communication piece, if you get that right from the outset, you can really help form really strong relationships which will take you.
