RiseWell Community Services’ Post

Thank you Council Member Linda Lee (23rd Council District) for meeting with RiseWell and taking a tour of our Frank Padavan 6th Street Residence in Queens Village. The Frank Padavan 6th Street Residence offers 24-hour on-site support staff and services including medication monitoring, symptom management, socialization, transportation training, connections to psychiatric and medical services, and more. These residences are designed to be transitional, preparing residents to integrate back into the community. Council Member Linda Lee and her team have been a wonderful support for this impactful program. As the first Korean-American ever elected to City Council, and the first woman to hold the seat, the Council Member is a force in the community and works diligently to help individuals overcome economic, health, and social barriers so they have the tools to thrive. They say ‘it takes a village’ and we’re very grateful to be part of such an incredible and powerful one. Thank you again, Council Member Linda Lee!
