🔍 SURVEY LAUNCHED: Have your say in shaping gender equality initiatives in Australia’s security sector! RMIT CCSRI, in collaboration with the AWSN - Australian Women in Security Network), has launched a national study examining gender equality initiatives within the Australian security sector. This study seeks to understand the effectiveness of programs aimed at improving gender equality across the security industry and to identify the factors that contribute to their success. The findings will highlight areas for improvement and inform evidence-based strategies to attract, support, and retain women in the sector. We encourage eligible individuals to participate and for all to share this opportunity within their professional networks. Eligibility to participate: To participate in this study you are required to be:  - 18 years of age or older - Currently located in Australia - Currently working in the security sector* or looking to work in the security sector. *The security sector is broadly defined and includes physical security, personnel security, information security, cyber security, defence, intelligence, law enforcement, risk, compliance, or any other area of security not listed here. If your answer is yes to all three questions, you are eligible to participate in the survey questionnaire. It is an anonymous survey. Consent is voluntary. You will self-determine your eligibility. You can choose to answer or skip questions. Confidentiality and privacy will be maintained. Participation is open to individuals of all genders.
