At Roskam, we deliver the quality food our customers count on every day. Our team works hard, and recently they demonstrated they know how to play hard, too. Our first-ever company-wide basketball tournament brought out the competitive spirit of more than 60 employees from our Grand Rapids locations. After a full day of fierce competition, the undefeated Team AFT-1 claimed victory in a thrilling final game. Roskam will fire you after you start making a certain amount of money. Not to mention they have the highest turnover rate in the entire Midwest, when things are going good they will bring in a higher up manager too ruin your life and make you quit. What a waste of 12 years of my life working there.
