Focus on Making Quality Product Bikes, to earn Profits allowing QA team to comproside on Quality of Spares. Creat Lab Testing Facility. Don’t thrive on after Sales Market. 😤😤😤 Customer like me are disappointed and irritated with the Bike Quality. Even the Star Screw is bullshit little torque to tight the screw, start head is gone. It was better the Motorcycle 🏍️ was being Assembled in India, you started Manufacturing in India Quality as well as Make in India initiative is doomed.

Royal Enfield I have been trying to purchase the Royal Enfield Meteor 650, but unfortunately my experience with the nearest dealer has been very disappointing. The dealer is refusing to sell me the bike unless I also purchase the extended warranty and GMA, which I understand are optional components. When I declined, the dealer’s attitude completely changed, and this has left me very dissatisfied as a genuine customer. I believe such practices go against the spirit of customer choice and fair business. I hope the Royal Enfield team can look into this matter and ensure that customers are able to buy motorcycles without being forced into unnecessary add-ons.

Urgent Complaint – Wrong Warranty Extension by Veliyath Motors, Muvattupuzha Dear Royal Enfield Team, I purchased a Royal Enfield Hunter in June 2025 from Veliyath Motors, Muvattupuzha with a 7-year extended warranty. Despite making full payment, the warranty has been extended for only 5 years (proof attached). I have been following up for the last 60 days through calls and messages. The service centre executive and team leader initially said it would be corrected in 15 days, but till now no action has been taken. Moreover, the team leader behaved rudely and refused to respond to further calls. This is unacceptable and amounts to cheating. I request: 1. Immediate correction of warranty to 7 years. 2. Action against the dealership for misbehaviour. 3. Compensation for the delay and harassment caused. If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Court.
